I'm all for this. The problem is Modi is first and foremost a politician. Hope he doesn't go for a meaningless missile strike but plan and go after strategic objectives.

Any serious Indo-Pak action will take ~1 week of preparation minimum.

After ~1 months nobody will remember about it, so no political pressure to do anything.

So the sweet spot is 30th April to 15th May.
