Operation Sindoor

In a way it's good this happened. I don't know when we will learn that the US and west doesn't give a hoot about Porkies terrorism.

How do we beleive it without official confirmation?

Blackout in Amritsar lights shut down for the first time in 54 years.

Was talking to my friend in Jammu and he says civilians here are quite disgruntled over the past few hours. People don't have an issue with blackouts and daily life disruption but are more concerned with constantly facing this with no retaliation from our end.

Correct, if people don't see retaliation, the government will lose support which will be disastrous.

Now I am getting irritated with this defensive posturing. Atleast give them a proportionate reply if not disproportionate.

Oh, if the S400 debris in paki punjab is anything to go by, our posturing was anything but defensive last night. They did not reveal the details and were willing to let them have a less humiliating off ramp - well, the Ghazis have blown it so let us see.

They aren't getting that money in one shot. It'll get released in tranches. This is what you're really up against, people. A state that is on perpetual life support which needs to get drip fed literal peanuts (as far as countries go, much less one of 250+ million people!) to stay afloat.
4 cents for one paki thhat is what the IMF is giving let's not continue with this topic which is
now after the fact.

Seize your discussions on their IMF bailout. Stop talking about why US allowed it and other non sense. There are people out there who are in the warzone. Focus on the topic at hand. Title clearly says "Operation Sindoor". Post anything related to military action happening now. Don't drag this thread by posting irrelevant stuff. And for heavens sake stop with 1 and 2 liner comments. Please add value by posting credible news, your opinions more than 4 lines long, your analysis etc. Maintain the quality of the thread.

I didn't even know they have so many private airlines.
Airsial. Airblue. SereneAir..
SereneAir is a privately owned airline in Pakistan. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SereneAir is Air Vice Marshal (R) Muhammad Safdar Khan.

We are literally facing a military which hogs whole state budget , not just 10B which we see on paper.
In ideal world, we should be digging up info like this and making it viral. But we are way too much into consuming news. Not interested in exposing their dirty tricks. Very sad.

Paki military owned civil airlines acting as shield for their fighter aircrafts.

Ya'll Nibbiars 15 Cheap Turkish Drones were sent into the Kutch since yesterday, all have been been shoot down including the today's one.

Guys quick question, do we have any way to know when they get something through the cpec route from China? Like tracking if they might be getting supplies or ammunitions? Could this all be distraction for stocking up, without anyone knowing anything?

We have ISR Platforms to monitor the Karokorum Highway. It is an treacherous part and we can drone strike critical bridges to slow donw.

But this will exhaust our defense system,

Why we are so defensive?

Our current Akash inventory is very high. Can survive for days. As for us defensive posture is concerned, unfortunately political class is not mature enough to take bigger action.

1.3 B is peanuts for an country of 20+ crore people. Barely sufficient and can for days, in this case it run for hours.
Currently optical imaging Chinese satellite crossing over Rajasthan UAVs attack in Jaisalmer, Akhnoor, Jammu, Udhampur, & a few cities of Punjab including Pathankot

I have mentioned in ISRO/DRDO thread, our IRNSS system is completely failed by the Atomic clock issue. Only 4/11 is in full working condition. On top of that we lost NVS Satellite which is the latest version with indigenous Atomic clocks. ISRO should have been criticized for screwing up an crucial Military/Civil Satellite. They screwed up an GSAT6A for Armed forces.

Our 54 SBS is late by 5-6 years and still we need even more numbers owing to future friction with PLA which have 100s of Satellites in sky.

1. The USA is not going to abandon Pakistan, as it has strategic interests there. Washington believes that Pakistan plays a role in controlling terrorism within its borders, reducing threats to the West.

2. Pakistan's geographical position gives it strategic leverage in dealing with Iran, Afghanistan, and Central Asia—regions where Western influence is limited.

3. Pakistan serves as a bulwark against India, providing the West a way to exert pressure on India and keep it aligned with their strategic interests.

4. The US wants to keep Pakistan within its sphere of influence to prevent it from falling completely under Chinese control—by offering loans, military support, and access for Pakistan’s elite to Western institutions and countries.

5. There are likely other strategic considerations that members could add to this list.

if this is defensive posturing, then why is DJ-ISPR crying about "missiles" supposedly coming their way in their press conference.
* visuals are of s400 SAM missile, but still.

either you are right, or DJ-ISPR is right, both can't be right at the same time.
