Can we issue a NOTAM on their airspace, also make an announce if any civilian casualties happen in their airspace, India cannot be held responsible for it.

No, airlines have fixed waypoints and fixed zones for losing altitude. This maybe one of them.
India should declare whole Pakistan a no fly zone and declare all civilian planes to desist flying over it. Then even if one is shot down, there is no responsibility.
Btw, I think today's press conference was a needless randy rona.
I also don't want to see these two very capable ladies giving briefs everyday. Let some actual spokesperson do the job with proper display screen and data, like Russia used to do during the start of the campaign.

Never used Flight Aware before (used Flightradar24 just a few times).

Interesting to see only 5 flight traversing inside Pakistan (versus around 200 in India).

0 in Nepal, though tourists probably prefer landing in the morning hours in this high altitude region.

Can you start a global war on terror without a 9/11?

We are recalibrating from killing terrorists and losing armed forces to killing military and losing civilians.

This is a civilizational war. You'll have to factor in both politics and military. If you see historic trend, then there's a good chance we pass this war down to our children.

There should be an announcement by our Govt or Armed Forces that they are not liable for any civilian air liner being shot in Paki airspace, Commercial Airlines are responsible for their own safety while flying in Paki air space.

After this announcement if they continue these schemes, shoot one down just to show that we mean business.
