CSP(Cultural support Program) soldiers aren't Special Operators per se. These soldiers are usually Females and are attached so SOF elements to engage female in their AO keeping the cultural differences in mind. GBs for example would interact with the Afg elders however only CS Team members could interact with the females.
KSK for examples has Females in its units however in Technical Recon role which most likely will change in the future if they pass the selection process.

British Procurement system is kinda similar to ours lethargic and slow but good to know they are actually going for Future technology and not 10 year old Heavy BPJ with even older NVG’s like some other country.
