US is quite advanced in hypersonic as it currently working on reusable hypersonic engines and turbojet Ramjet Hypersonic combined engine. They are light years ahead of others in this domain particularly metallurgy and fluid dynamics. Disposable Hypersonics are going to be expensive whereas resuable hypersonics more viable and effective.

But US don't yet have a functioning hypersonic cruise missile.. Although they hope to have one operational by 2027. The Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile (HACM)..

According to Daniel Davis 1/3 of major Israeli infrastructure was destroyed ??? Refineries, ports,
Hospitals command centers, intelligence HQ etc…

The attacks on Haifa Refinery and port documented . Israel even acknowledged that Refinery was shut down as a result of damage due to the attack.. The Stock exchange and Intelligence HQ hit are also documented and are on video .
But compared to the damage to Iranian Military infrastructure, the damage to Israeli military infrastructure has been far less..

UShas functioning scramjet engines and missiles carrying HGVs. What's the thrust on US and China seems to be on combined cycle engines. On HACM front US is planning to field operational weapon in 2027. So I won't discount them as they are pioneers and much Advanced research in this area.
