To counter and make green frogs still we need to have wide our power gap. Unless We are able to match Pakistan Military with our Armed Forces Resources in following weight: 50% Army + 55% Air Force + 65% Navy Resources, we can't deter the green frogs from jumping wildly.

To this effect we need to double down on Indegenous weapons production. Expand our Industrial sector. This attack should be an eye opener for our Strategic Thinkers and Indians to double down on Indian Manufacturing. We can attain the above said resources in upcoming 6-7years, If we are serious about it.

Currently a limited military action is only choice. In meantime we can also use asymmetric warfare against these green frogs. For example: Purging their simps in India, isolating pakistan from international trade, harassing their ports, an informal embargo, restricting water, etc. There are multiple low cost tricks we can employ to blunt these green frogs.

What's their BVR advantage? PL-15 missile? Like really? You think that alone which is not proven gives them advantage?

You are overestimating their strength. If you think we are behind in having MiG-21 in service, you have not seen their air force and Navy which pretty much as vintage weapons still in service.
