For these missile assets to actually be useful we will need to monitor our waters and beyond. And target acquisition and guidance. Without these, the missiles are just pointy rockets. What do we have in place to ensure our missiles are actually a threat to our enemies? How are we monitoring and tracking in our regions of interest.
