DRDO and PSU's

Old news refurbished by idrw for views, i don't get it why you guys take idrw so seriously all the news they publish is either plagiarized news without giving any formal credits or news made from thin air having no real value.some members here are so dilusional and blackpilled that they even do vidhwa vilap over rage bait defence articles of this website.

NAL Continuous flow wind tunnel.

After it's completion we won't have to go outside for wind tunnel testing.

I heard LCA Mk2 is to be taken to ONERA,France for optimization? Some say the tests there take barely days whereas here the same tests take months due to Superior Sensor and Computational Power available there. So when it is said we don't need to go outside for testing, does it mean the above scenario?

hope some minds at the top are looking at how beneficial these testing facilities are in product development, and start investing money in doing the same for engines (of all kinds), a FTB etc. At the bare minimum, they need to purchase a FTB from the russians

If true, that's really a surprise from drdo. So, we have reached a level where we can indigenously develop and make complex smart fuzes for autocannon level bullets.
Hope this is not only the prefrag round design only but smart fuze and fuze setter as well.

They have already cracked the hardest part of modern AD gun/CIWS that is it's ammo. Now only if they are willing to design indi guns but I guess last trauma of QRs changing multiple times by IA might be too much for them.

Even better; it includes individual innovator, DRDO lab and private firms

The only possible application of such engine is MKV.
Yeah...but not necessarily; generally for any exo-atmospheric application, even simple Kinetic Kill Vehicle like on say Shakti, liquid propulsion is the go to choice.

Generally you've some 4-6 DACS (Divert & Attitude Control System) thrusters in a KKV and it's bit simpler to just hook them to a single tank of hypergolic monopropellant.

Regenerative cooling is usually required for high thrust long duration missions. So there is another possibility of mid course interceptor as well but for that we need space based sensors.

Hence I believe it is MKV.
