DRDO and PSU's

Not to wade into your conversations, but this bit got my attention. Are you perhaps insinuating you might have some insider information about our military and armed forces (specifically anything about new programs or statuses/capabilities) that the mango man isn't privy to? I am asking because if you really do, and if you cannot reveal the information, can you please atleast tell me will this continue to be the year of blackpill for me and other defence bros? Or is there anything that me and mere bhai log can look forward to? Just a simple yes no answer will suffice.

One example.

ADA used two GPS-INS systems in Tejas mk2 for navigation. One is the main unit while other serves as standby in case the main unit malfunctions. This G3INS has already been flight tested and cleared for installation on Tejas mk2.

Late last year ADA had issued a tender for 4 nos of LRU, ie two sets. Delivery should start

Delivery schedule is 12 months from the date of placement of contract .

Now you will get an idea about the rollout date of the first prototype.

So, based on brochure photo. Looks like some sort initial flight testing started for the product. Also we can assure this is an product benchmarked against the Heron MK2 used in our Armed forces. Hence similar appearance but also the slight improvements wherever required.

@Ayan Barat finally the twin electric contra rotating Rotors we discussed in whacky ideas thread is getting implemented in real life. And that too used by Indian company :)

Edit: Not exact same configuration. We envisaged a contra rotating coaxial common shaft for two electric motors. So that rigid blades could be more closer.
