IMO It's range will be ~2,500 Km.....

IMO 2 solid rocket Stages will give 2,000 Km Range to HGV and HGV might have its own propulsion like "Boost glide Re entry vehicle" and will be able to hit even moving targets at 2,500 Km ...

IMO this is perfect replacement for AGNI 2 IRBM ....

He is talking about something else. He is saying that these man-portable systems might be obsolete completely, because 500$ commercial drones can be used to drop explosives on tanks, and they are much much cheaper than these man-portable systems. Infact Ukraine has score maximum tank kill using those cheap commercial drones and dropping explosives from them.
