I looked into it a little and somalis are genuinely some of the most inbred people in the world. This was bound to happen - it's not just Indian students but also Chinese. The locals in both Australia and Canada do not want to get degrees as most of them prefer entering the better-paid trade schools. Carpenters, surfboard makers, raft makers, cabinet designers, plumbers, electricians, construction... these sectors pay very well and are far better than the corporate sector that Indians associate with prosperity.

Since students from Muslim countries don't study, the only option is Indians, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese and other Asian populations. When you restrict them, you basically cut off the inflow of students.
