INS Sahyadri, the multi-role stealth frigate constructed by Mazagon dock (MDL) celebrated her 12th anniversary on 21 Jul 24. Named after the Sahyadri mountain range, she is affiliated with Poona Horse, one of the oldest armoured regiments of the Indian army.


Emboding its motto ‘Victory through Valour & Wisdom,’ the ship has rendered yeoman service to Indian Navy having participated in multiple key missions and operations. Wishing Team Sahyadri a very happy anniversary, all success and glory in times ahead.

Ship on top is one of our Kolkata class ships I think.

The missile looks like Styx.

The bottom ship I think is Khukri class.

bottom ship is indeed kukri class INS KUTHAR celebrating its 34th year with indian navy by firing the iconic styx cruise missile which lit the port of karachi in 1971
