Its classic case when most of the time Russian equipment is disqualified they go to court like spoiled brat who isn't getting his way

So imagine a small town boy and a girl whose parents arrange their marriage. They get married, though initially bit distant they soon fall in love thinking about the great future they can have. Everything goes well and soon they have a baby girl. But suddenly fate strikes the boy, out of nowhere he gets to know about an affair his wife was having with another chap. Not just that but he finds chats where she had promised to have a baby with that other guy.

• But in the very next para they claim they're representatives of OEMs.
(So if even after 22 patents you're still a representative then why waste close to 20lakh rupees on IPR?)

• Kalashnikov Concern and Lobaev Arms are highly reputed!!
Then what about Heckler & Koch? Or even FN Herstal.

• But perhaps the most interesting, they claim to be representative of IRRPL. Now this point is interesting.
IRRPL was formed as a joint venture between AWEIL(50.5%), a PSU and Kalashnikov Concern with the sole purpose of making and maintaining the 6.5lakh order of AK-203. So how can a private entity, that too of no reputation claim to be representative of a strategic joint venture where the majority share holder is freaking Government of India!?

Convince me this whole BSS thing or even the company itself is 100% clean.

It's hard to get financials of an unlisted firm so their investment data would be bit tricky to get.

But what I can tell you is IP.
The only thing that comes even close to IP of Kalashnikov Concern is just a single patent from 2022 and too because no-one else bothered to patent something so straightforward in India. The patent is literally about adding a Picatinny rail on top of dust cover, making rifling tolerance tighter, adding cross pins in gas block/sight/muzzle device to secure them and a new mechanism of dust cover retention.

If they've not invested in this JV then they would be taking half of the money for a single Looney Tune ahh patent.
This is called business.
