i think they have used more live ammo than any IA exercise in last couple of years.

Is he unable to handle the recoil or is the recoil actually high?

The stance is not quite correct. Rifle is being held a bit higher than it should be!

Looks like literally no one know how to handle a shoot from a rifle in whole India!​

Only these 2 that I know of.
I feel that the system of 60:40 ratio might be followed with 60 in favour the L1 bidder and 40 to the L2 at the same price quoted by L1 like the ATAGs program or the 2 parties have freedom to bid on their own, we’ll probably find out much later.
