1. Any "assembled" AR-10 rifle; any good AR-10 upper, ambi lower, single cut rifled barrel, adjustable gas block, two stage trigger, PRS styled stock, PMAG...that's all I guess.

This being a DI would be the most accurate, even sub-MOA and also cheapest because no big firearm firms involved.

2. Everything else would pretty much be a tie for second rank; be it FN SCAR-20 or CZ Bren 2 PPS. All are less accurate than the first because of gas piston and are eye watering expensive with prices just starting at $4k.
