For some like me most of the Veg sources of proteins causes soo much bloating and i am in a profession where my body pressurises and de pressurises 4-8 times a day.
Eat low fat panner.
There are paneer available wity 7 to 12 gm fat per 100 g. The regular ones that you get in market are 25 gm fat per 100 gm. Gormint should cap the protein fat at 15 gm, tbh it's both profitable for company and good for health.
When consuming lots of dal try to slow cook it in handi.
Eat multi grain roti, less carbs more fibers.
Eat tofu
Eat rice that is kept overnight in fridge, this reduces carbs by 25%.

Please have discussion related to fitness, training, diet, etc in this thread.

Soyabeans have lot of controversy surrounding them. Since it contains Estrogen which may impact, but taking in small amounts like 100gms is fine daily. But it is significant protein source where you can easily achieve daily intake

I am using Amul Whey and it as good, does not find any price difference between Muscle Blaze and other Protein powders. Currently ordered the second box for next month.

I am vegetarian, 185 cm tall, weighing around 90 kg.
My workout regimen is simple, I don't go to gym. Only gym equipment I have is one single 10 kg dumbbell. With 10 kg dumbbell I do 250( 25×10) repetitions of dumbbell curls, 150 push ups (15×10), side bends 100 rep (10×10), Russian twist with same 10 kg dumbbell, Uthak Baithak 150 rep (50×3) and 2 km jogging atleast 4 days in a week.

I am in overweight condition for now.
Height 185cm

Best managed weight is 85 Kgs, due to daily running during 2021 Covid.

Post Covid and jobless stretch results in binge eating. Finally reached 98 kg, reduced weight to 92 kg last year December via Gym.

Left Gym and went on another eating spree, End result reached alarming 110-112 Kg on August this year.

Get back to Gym on August started to track calories using Myfitnesspal and started to put effort on eating enough macro nutrients. In last 4 months, lost 8 Kgs, started to see outline of shoulders (3D), traps, calves.

Still work in progress, Added IF for last 2 weeks. Lost 1 Kg approx. Will continue the journey.

Gym is important for muscle mass which helps in reducing also i would suggest adding a fun activity which burns calorie and which you like.

Some like cycling or swimming…i like hiking and long walks..i dont like running at all…cycling is fun too.

So pick a hobby of any such activity.

Sattu is incomplete protein missing lycein and two other compounds.
Can't solely rely on it.
