It's not Microsoft. Its crowdstrike, they pushed an unscheduled update that fu'ked the servers and caused a BSOD and servers going in a reboot loop.

Here is an add from crowdstrike: We've down since 10:30 AM IST.

AWS has provided and automation to recover from this for windows. We are testing that out. Anyone on AWS wants to know about it DM me.

Our client uses Cloudstrike but our all updates are done by GP and here infra did not push that particular update yet.
So, no downtime and we all are working as expected
