Internet blackout indicates that they have suffered heavy losses, probably aerial assets.

If the locals post vids and pics of the damage after the internet is restored then we might get a clear picture provided ISI goons don't make them delete the videos from their phones.
 
I am not sure about this pilot capture thing. Porksi are under no position to cross the border, so even if the shot downs have happened pilot will land in pakistan only. As long as we don't have POW, ISPR will never accept their losses.

Hans fully understands a repeat of 1962 with India is not possible, they can only target India for quick gains when we are occupied with other conflicts.

Chinese have tried to intervene in Indo-Pak conflicts right from 1965

In 1965, there were incursions in Sikkim and India deployed 60K troops there

In 1987, when we were continuing post Siachen operations against Pak, they attempted to harrass us on the border unsuccessfully.
Sumdorong Chu standoff

In 1999, during Kargil, they were aggressive patrolling certain areas of Ladakh

1971 was the only time they didn't intervene, fearing it would provide the Soviet Union reason to invade them

Current tariff war with USA has not gone well for Hans. They will be happy to look for another Galwan like situation.


Let operation Sindoor continue, but keep an eye on borders with Nanking land


Pakis chose the Pahalgam attack in summer knowing it will be easy for Hans to come to the rescue in the event full scale war goes India's way
 
So much misinfo going around. Unfortunately Indians are creating those misinfo among themselves and spreading it.

What has been verified and confirmed so far as of evening & night :

  • Massive swarm drone attacks & MLRS fire from Pakistan towards J&K, Punjab & Rajasthan.
  • Successful AD intercepts of the said drones.
  • Heavy artillery fire along the LoC.
That's it.

All others are speculations and rumour unless I hear otherwise.

Great comment, and we should also remember the critical engagement of 1967 clashes - just 5 years after the '62 politician created debacle (where there were several amazing, valiant last stands in spite of complete sabotage by political leadership and their select few lapdogs in top military positions). We handed the Chinese anywhere from a 3:1 to 4:1 KD ratio in spite of the Chinese starting the clashes with surprise machine gun fire against soldiers laying down wire fences on the border. Thanks to a significant extent to General Sagat Singh who opened up artillery without waiting for too many permissions.

We are not getting any confirmed info, even otherwise credible handles are getting and providing sketchy updates. This is what fog of war is I guess. I doubt we will get any official confirmation tonight, except all sorts of misinformation.

These guys dont know what information warfare is, unlike the paki controlled news. They just salivate to be the first to report. In the trp cycle they cant afford to not be the first scoop.

On the other hand, Republic/arnab actually do info wars on purpose, knowing certain info might be false - but also for trp/engagement farming.
