Intel agencies usually keep track of people and unless the information they're leaking is deemed extremely sensitive (like BRAHMOS tech), they aren't nabbed immediately. Instead, they're allowed to dig themselves deeper so the case against them is airtight and a single drive in time of need can be used to round up multiples.
The benefit to this (apart from the obvious of developing a case against them) is the enemy cannot pinpoint what exactly they need to cover up in their tactics. Maybe it's whatsapp. Maybe it's a double agent. Maybe it's an encrypted radio which had been cracked way before. Maybe it's something a little less direct. Maybe Munira is our bitch.
If a guy is nabbed immediately upon being identified as a OGW, it's that much easier to hone in on possible liabilities and patch them before doing it again.
When multiple people are rounded up in a single wave of arrests, it's that much harder to pinpoint which systems (or people) are compromised.

Indonesia never cancels a deal . They reframe the deal in such a way the seller is forced to cancel the deal. For example they issued an order on RoK for 3 submarines without releasing an advance payment.

RoK got all excited & issued orders for long lead items to its vendors while pursuing Indonesia for the advance payment.

A couple of years passed & while RoK tried to force a showdown , Indonesia coolly informed them that they never gave the go ahead for manufacturing . They in turn asked RoK why did RoK commence mfg without approvals or the advance payment ?

However Indonesia being magnanimous was prepared to overlook this detail except they wanted the terms of payment renegotiated. They weren't prepared to offer hard cash but barter palm oil in lieu of advance payment for the submarines. RoK gave up & cancelled the order. Subsequently Naval Group stepped in.

If Dassault or Naval Group face such an offer from the Indonesians they can't refuse I'm sure they can recruit a team of commodity experts & trade it on the world wide commodities market or better still involve the French government in a mass campaign on educating the French of the benefits of using palm oil & why it is cheaper if not better than olive oil.

Yup these indogs tried to do the same with us recently with BrahMos deal, indicating an agreement is signed but later on nothing from their side. Same seems to be the case with KF-X fighter from Korea.

What if customer is in a situation where it is better to lose 15% than default on existing commitments? Stranger things have happened in the past. Do you remember the Australian Sub deal? That was awesome.

France's reputation especially after cancelling the Russian Helicopter Carriers is not so great either. Nobody is going to give you 15% upfront.

Another thing i have been wondering, with the gravitas of the attack on Delhi by Pakis, is that if we should recognize a far greater threat from PLA and the Chinese if their country starts to tank and they start to look for a serious war to prevent civil war at home, is that if its time to move our capital from Delhi.

And its a relatively low population area of farmlands and decent amount of fresh-water availability as well as plenty of ACTUAL desi imperial history as Vidisha used to be 2nd capital of Magadh for a long, long time before it shited slightly westward to Ujjaini- If memory serves me correct, ever since Shishunag conquered Avanti roughly around 425 BCE or so, till about the fall of Mauryas at around 180 BCE, Vidisha was the 2nd capital of Magadh ( Shungas made it Ujjaini)

There are serious questions on actual climate change being anthropogenic and data collection methods on planet warming. Foe eg UK climate dept has been busted putting it's London temperature tracking from Heathrow runway. Wtf. Runways are always 2-3c hotter than the rest of the city for summer maximum.

Either way, climate change, if real, cannot be addressed by us. So I dont waste time or energy either with western scam of trying to prevent it. If the climate science orthodoxy is correct, it's time to dedicate all resources in getting ahead in climate change world, not prevent it.

The American deep state brokered a ceasefire because they don't want Pakistan to fall apart and have the nukes fall into the hands of the radical Islamic Black market (which might end up in the hands of Iran or smth). That and a nuclear war will fuck up the climate and the world's economy (particularly agrilculture production in Africa).
