Ball is in Paxtan's court. Depends on how they escalate , how we tackle that escalatory measure & then how do we respond. Remember lots of steps up the escalatory ladder .

For starters Bahawalpur has been targeted. Unlike last time where we targeted a place namely Balakot inside Paxtan ( as opposed to a place within the larger J&K disputed region , whether in India of Paxtan ) which is a part of KPK , this time we've hit the heart of Paxtan - viz the Punjab.

So you can definitely expect something proportionate. Possibly an AF or Army base but could be a power station or some industrial complex in our heartland too.

Battle plans would take at least a day to be ready. If they're truly rushing it, they don't have the time to even commit to field exercises. All of it would be for naught though.
You're not beating India on land (or air or water but at least the gap in strength is much less pronounced in air).

Honestly, I would be very suspicious of this. This feels more like a feint than an actual push. I really doubt even Pakis would be dumb enough to try that.
