Sarcasm was lost on you?Difference is, we are all Indians here with varying opinions. De-escalating is the way with friends not with enemy nations like Pak.
No. I deliberately made a serious point even on a sarcastic post. I'm so pissed I see revenge even in jokes.Sarcasm was lost on you?
Oh naive...! Why would Pakistan not escalate after we've violated their sovereignty? No. It had nothing to do with nukes. The objective of the operation was to deliver punitive strikes on Pakistan and let them know that we did not wish to escalate. This is what we did. If Pakistan had not escalated, we would have stopped after hitting 9 terrorist camps.
Balakot prevented major attacks for close to 6 years. This one will hold for some time too.I am just sad we couldn't put then in a state of disadvantage for the next few years.
Nothing material was gained.
Terrorist rank will fill up again.
Airstrip will be repaired.
Defense system will be replaced with newer ones after serving grass to jehadi awam.
We just have theory of Paki nukes being bombed as a consolidation
I wish we could just sink few of their warships, put them behind monetarily and capability wise in a way that would need more than eating grass.
We even hit their nuclear facilities. Yes, that even surprised meTo be perfectly honest tho, gora mediawallahs are willing to let us have the final W in their coverage. Almost everyone (CNN, Sky et al) is saying that India's magnanimity brought an end to it because our boys had the upper hand and could have easily continued to pound them. Seems to me Uncle Sam is letting GoI hold this narrative in gora media.
But I seriously do not get the bhosdapillars, the best folks here expected was a Balakot 2.0
I did not even expect Ji to up the ante and voted 'no escalation' on the Pahelgam thread (yeah, I have no shame admitting that). But what we witnessed was phenomenal, the videos we have of our drone/missile strikes are enough to give them generational trauma. We hit terror camps, all their major cities, air bases, ADS batteries at will while roaches trended 'Allah Rahem Karey' on social media.
And we did it with pinpoint accuracy. They could not intercept jack.
It is a W only.
The planes don’t fly 24/7. Use drones around the clock to take out their Air ForceWe were not inches from nullying PAF by a long shot.
Let's remember, out fighter jets were not crossing the border.
How do you nulify PAF without our jets crossing into Paki land and achieve air superiority?
I get your point though, it would have been great if this continued and we did what you are suggesting.

my theory is , we hit their ammo depot site storing nuclear warheads + missiles , that entrance.
pakistan always tries to escalate and match every action.
they were planning to hit our similar ammo depots storing nuclear warheads. US stepped in prevent that .
I would say for India the neutron bomb route might be ideal?Fusion bombs have three layers. First layer consists of a trigger (perhaps some sort of explosive), the second layer is fission material, and the third layer is fusion material. The fusion requires extreme heat which is supplied by the fission reaction (the second layer).
To the best of my knowledge, Pakistan does not have fusion bombs. All Pakistani bombs are fission bombs. Theoretically speaking, if the design were poor, a fission bomb can be triggered by an external explosion.
We can technically offer porkies IWT in exchange of terrorists and also denulerizarionWhat are they bargaining chips on the table for this "discussions" they will be having
I see nothing that they can really offer.
Like even if they genuinely wanted to stop cross border terrorism, would whoever shows up able to speak for every faction in the army, all the various groups they have nurtured
Nor do I see anything that india can really offer. BLA and TTP are not dependent on India for existence. IWT is untenable and cannot be put back in place.
This is how you create internal strifeThey would rather starve half of their population than lose arms race.
Even now when their country is barely surving they have outpaces us in defence procurement.
Multiple people reporting blastsNothing seems to be happening in Amritsar. Sirens, but it looks like they were for precaution or something? Unclear, but nothing seems to have happened.
