Yeah MoD & IAF should do that. That is how we are even building our shipyards. All those ship making contracts could have easily went to established players but they are giving new ones chance too. They should give some contract for designing & building a trainer jets to a private player. They should promise they will atleast order a few of those. Even a dozen are fine..But IAF & MoD wants a baby to literally run on its own. HAL is slowly improving. But we desperately need another player in this sector..
