Turkey and china are obvious enemy. They will try their best to harm india in anyways possible.
We should use money to buy products off the shelves. Need drones missiles and smart weapons. Even ammunition. Be prepared . Even if it’s not a full war.

Given the economic situation of Turkey don't expect a single dollar of charity from them. China is another matter but they too have done enough charity to their slave state. Their thrifty character does not allow them to give their slave state a blank check. Not a bad suggestion, Sir. It could well come to that in the worst case scenario.
But how do we tackle the Pakistan nuclear threat.
One serious query
Can our intelligence agencies keep track of each and every one of their assembled or partly assembled nuclear warheads. Know where each warhead is at any given time. Is this task an impossible job.
It's necessary for our security.

An preemptive strike on Pakistan's nuclear weapons with the objective of defanging it will be possible only if we have knowledge of the precise location of its nuclear weapons.

I believe that the Americans (the CIA and the Pentagon) must be keeping track of every one of Pakistan's nuclear weapons. They certainly don't want any mad Pakistani General or Mullah giving the weapons to Israel's enemies. Or somebody equally mad who wants to nuclear bomb the US(may be through a small portable suitcase type tactical nuclear device).

We need to keep track of even the weapons grade fissile materials in Pakistan's inventory.

Maybe the task at hand cannot be accomplished because of the enormous complexity of the effort. For one - do we use human assets(spies) in Pakistan for the job or are there any other means available.
