😏 noted, i'll forward it to gujju dhandho folks 🤑

but joking aside, don't you have doner kebab from o g turkroaches there...
Literally had that 10 mins ago. Sick of it tbh. Also too costly since post covid. 7-8€ on average. Used to be 4-5€

Someone who has Half a million to invest, please open a Biryani franchise here in Germany. I can't even remember the last time I had proper Biryani here.
Authentic Delhi style food or Bengali Food doesn't exist here as well.
Apart from one Hyderabadi restaurant, majority of the "good" one's are tailored to the European pallette and the rest are just crap or tourist trap.
u should visit dhruv rathee home in germany 😝....hope her german wife learn to cook biryani or other dishes for his mulla husband😂.

The patrode leaf/plant seems to grow all over the country?
preparation also seems to be the same

I used to think this was a "western" dish like limited to Gujrat/MH only
In konkani the name for this is patrode, it is put in coconut curries.
Such dishes are found everywhere in India even in Eastern India. Though there they also use edible flower petals like pumpkin flower petals as well for it.
