One example - I got call from worried neighbour parent today morning at 6am whether to send kid to school. Both of them are consistently watching Peepublic in such a loud volume that we can hear the news inside our home. Also, seems like someone had sent them a whatsapp fwd that all ncr schools are closed. Govt is possibly now realising this largesse given to alternate sources of news is causing harm and panic and has come down heavily.

Last night my dad got so excited thinking Karachi has been levelled. He kept coming in my room to inform me how it's burning and all.

My mom got so happy when the news said they caught Paki pilot.

Felt so bad explaining to them nothing like that probably happened. All their excitement gone

S-400 is a more high end system used against fighter jets and even ballistic missiles and cruise missiles I think.

Aakash is more mid-tier but general purpose and used against pretty much everything, plus we have a lot of aakash batteries.

almost got called anti national by old relative for trying to correct this.

pilot capture + Karachi missile attack + 3 jets shot down is now the reality .
