Although IAF probably lost one jet or two which is most likely from PAK SAMs or even friendly fire incidents which highly possible as there will be severe confusion about enemy jets entering India on the first day of war. It is not that hard to manufacture in the US and keep costs nominal. If Tesla can do it so can Apple. A phone manufactured in US would probably be about 30-50% more in cost vs that manufactured in Asia. I think the main reason is that over a period of time there is a shortage of qualified labor in the US. But Apple is like walmart notorious for cutting costs to the bare minimum.

Indian precision strikes during op sindoor can be characterized as demonstrative and pre-emptive in nature, demonstrative of reminder to pakis of their lack of strategic depth, pre-emptive strikes on radars and runways incase pakis are thinking of moving up the escalatory ladder as a response. Indian military was not aiming for decapitation strikes on pak military, since this was not meant to be a war, the precision guided munitions sent across were probably in the range of 100 to 200 spread across 4 days(subject to correction).

pakistan is a security state, meaning their military is their top priority, when required every other govt expenditure will be put on hold to ensure military needs gets prioritised. outside of hard to get pieces of military hardware like aircraft, everything else they should be able to replace in 3-4 years time.

all this to say, if they choose to, pakis have enough hardware in stock even today to create another nuisance. PAF is not their primary fighting arm, pak army is, and pak army is intact.
