Air India AI 171 Crash in Ahemdabad (9 Viewers)

which subreddit, one is europe, what are others ? there is one comment on europe sub, from somebody that was removed by mods, few replies under it seem to imply a turkish supporting paki.
I got told by a zooropean on discord that r/Europe had a post on it and folks there were celebrating but then mods deleted it after a point. r/Publicfreakout also had horrible comments (mods are Palestine sympathisers).

Dual engine failure at a very low altitude is probably the most frightening thing that can happen to an aircraft. There is very little you can do in this scenario as there is insufficient altitude glide or maneuver.
Yeah ..it is the most dangerous thing that could happen..anything below 4000 feets is a tragedy in waiting that's why till 4000 ft is considered to be sterile zone for the cockpit ..

r/aviation championing the racism and indian pilot error, however after so many racist comments, mods there decided to delete those comments

Reports of bird hits and the particular airport being susceptible to bird problem.
If it was a bird hit then flames or smoke would have been visible atleast to some extent. Dont see anything from the visual. There was no thrust from both the engines. And its hard to belive both engines failed or stalled.

local ahmedabad sources telling that 20 resident doctors in the hostel are no more among us

From the video, looks like flaps were not extended, is my observation correct?
If it was both engine failure it was coming down regardless. With high quantity of fuel onboard, survivors on the plane would have been unlikely. Maybe with flaps extended the plane could have avoided the medical college complex.

If it was single engine failure and if flaps were retracted for some reason, then it is a pilot error and major Air India system/process failure.

If both engines were fine and it was the flaps not being extended during takeoff that caused it, then man it is a total (huge) pilots error and Air India system/process failure.

Flaps are critical and required for lift.

reddit par kuchh achhe logon ne abhi tak achha analysis kiya hai, why was the landing gear out after 8 mins of takeoff?? some issues with flaps??

Possibility of Both Engine failure are very very very miniscule ..

Flaps are set before the take off ..it is part of take off checklist ..any problem with flaps are report before the taxi ..
However of flaps are not extended or missed by pilots it is a very simple deduction of why the plane crashed
