It is just media spinning his word in different ways. People need to understand he must have fumbled because of all that pressure on him. He is talking about post May 7. All our official statement literally mention we informed them about our attacks being only against terrorist camp in DGMO level talks. And that happened only after May 7 attack. This chandar guy is some piddi. He is again peddling that piddi propaganda crap. Jaishankar fumbled, so it's on his fault, but media wala just gave it their own spin and then piddi as usual started spreading their propaganda on cut paste spin. This has been debunked multiple times on this exact thread by even mods of this forums.

A number of gossip unkils/journos have been anticipating a potential UN role for him for over two years now. Mind it, at a time when nobody even smelled it because Tharoor was taking pot shots at Ji every other day. There were even rumours of him joining the BJP in the run up to the 2024 polls - so much so that I think it actually hurt Rajeev Chandrasekhar's prospects.

Letting him assume the role of EAM would be a wild escalation from an otherwise status quoist Modi tho - especially when almost all the important Ministers of NDA 2 are continuing as usual. Some IT celliyas started this rumour (these guys have always held soft spots for the likes of Tharoor and Amrinder Singh) - I do not see any g̶o̶s̶s̶i̶p̶ u̶n̶k̶i̶l̶ journo covering it as of yet.

Indian government has categorically denied it hit Pakistani nuclear facilities. The DGAO himself expressed his ignorance sbout it in the press conference. IAEA has not detected any radiation near the site (Kirana Hills).

Regarding air bases, it was just a natural outcome of operation Baniyan. India after day 1 just wanted to give an off ramp to Pakistan with their claims of downing 6 IAF jets. That's why India has no made public how many air assets, if any, were lost.

Indians accepted ceasefire (cessation of hostilities). I saw the meltdown it caused among the members here and on Twitter.
