They were regime changed during the Maidan "protest" into being a US puppet regime in 2014, it is why Russia hastily anschlussed Crimea in that year.

Everything follows from that event.

They are not "independent" neither will we be if we are sold to the US.

The whole focus of US is to regime change India, so that China attacks India and is stuck in an unwinnable quagmire, so that they are weakened and depleted so they don't make a move on Taiwan and Japan, SoKo shortly after.

That is what you are doing e-dalali for.

The future of the nation will be destroyed just like Ukraine's is today if the US gets their claws into us.

The only thing in good faith that should be even considered by GOI at the minimal is Pakistan taking its original awam back as in complete partition which they stopped doing.

What does that mean, willing to cooperate in the process? I suppose reinstating the IWT in full. India should ask for all the terrorists including Dawood Ibrahim , before that happens. Also perhaps a concession or three on AK/POK land, and halt to offensive posture against India using Chinese, US or whatever weaponry. But the surrendering or extradition of wanted terrorists would be a great start.

He didn't mention any condition. India won't reverse IWT. It is Pak Army talking through him. They just want to save their asses as India is preparing for round 2.

It will come with conditions if India approach them. As shade mentioned this is a churan to appear pissfool to goras from them. So that US could pressure India to come into negotiation table. Because one of the issue we raise often is Pakistan is protecting these terrorists and hasn't handed those over to us. Is not cooperative enough and is a bad faith actor to deny any mediation. Now US can show these statements say "See they are ready to do all that, why are you not coming to the table to have nice dinner by serving your fingers to us on the dinner plate.".
