WB just collects government data and itself admits that Chinese numbers are unreliable - see the footnotes to their reports. They use a data quality indicator. And for China, data quality is rated poor.

I will be utterly honest Embraer does not produce most of its aircraft with 100% Brazilian technology, but they share profits, so they have free entry in Many countries, from Example Mexicana bought E-195s with western technology but Embraer has offered Mexican companies to be suppliers, the Chinese never think like that so western nation react against them.

But what they do to China the western world will do it to India, Latin America and Russia.

They want Russia to split in different countries, keep Latin america divided, and use China versus Russia and India.

The point is Embraer is transparent enough to form JVs with others and does not indulge in shady business practices like COMAC, which stole design blueprints from various manufacturers. People are not going to fly planes made by shady companies like COMAC. When people do not want to drive Chinese automobiles, there is little chance that they will fly Chinese planes, certified or not.

When the head of google Brain says DeepSeek’s claims are misleading or fake, the story ends right there. NVIDIA has dozens of AI models in its Build portfolio. Nothing special about DeepSeek. DeepSeek’s accuracy is pretty low and its low cost claims are ridiculous.
