There should have been some indication during routine inspections and maintenance before such an incident occurred. It's highly unlikely for both engines to fail suddenly, along with the APU, without a significant underlying malfunction. Some warning signs should have been detected during the last inspection.​

The pilot really tried hard to pull it from impact but he couldnt do anything.

And it does sound like a RAT.

Had they been 20-25 degrees right they could have maybe hit a farm land.
