5 degree of flaps is pretty hard to spot.
I am not saying it cant be true but how can you say so because i cant make out anything from the video.

yes, 5 degree is hard to be noticed, but judging from the fireball upon impact and the flight was enroute to London, its obvious that it had probably full fuel load with all sorts of cargos.
