Barbaric Paper Dragon: Musings of CCP (7 Viewers)

Well, if you guys really wants to Mount Kailash pilgrimage, we have very right to pick up guys we like, and behave properly.

Heh, this is precisely why wumaos get abused.

Either way, cannot you chinks stop this cringe Mount Kailash visits?

Like I am sure there is this place in Arunachal Pradesh that was a site for Tibetan/Buddhist pilgrimage before the Indian army kicked out the PLA ladyboys from that region. Now it is only the Arunachalis and the Indian tourists/hikers who visit that place while outsiders generally aren't allowed anywhere close owing to its proximity to the border.

There is no reciprocity so why even let the Indians visit Mount Kailash? Or is this some Tsun Tzu crap where you let your enemy humiliate you and derive sadistic pleasure from it?

EDIT: Video of an Indian vlogger visiting;

Wasn't the tour shut down all this while ever since the Galwan clashes ? So what changed now & why ?

The way I see it you're talking to somebody who's from a civilization who've waited 5 centuries before they reclaimed the holiest of the holies from illegal occupation.

Mount Kailash has been out of bounds to us only since 1949 that too intermittently. That's 76 years. We're prepared to wait indefinitely. Will the CCP last that long ?!

I respect your religion to define any place as holy place as you want.

But then claim the place belongs to current India nation is absurd.

You guys anyway have to apply it reopen to Chinese government, and recognize It's part of China's territory.

PS. we actually didn't gain any economic benefit, it wasted lost of security and medical team for reception.

So we have very right to decide whether we let you in or not, and pick the one we like ans deny the one we don't.

It actually was under the suzerainty of the Jammu and Kashmir princely state after their treaty with Tibet in the 19th century. That's how the Government of India inherited rights to Mount Kailash something which Nehru unilaterally forfeited when he recognised Chinese suzerainty over Tibet without seeking to uphold our suzerainty over Mount Kailash .

Hence GoI recognises the People's Republic of China's suzerainty , not sovereignty over the Tibetan Autonomous Region . Any part of the equation changes & the recognition becomes null & void.

We recognise your control over it which is what suzerainty is all about not your sovereignty over Tibet.

So who asked you to open it up to Indian pilgrims then ? I just informed you we waited 500 years to get possession of one of our holiest of holies didn't I ?!

Looks to me the CCP didn't agree with your views. Otherwise they wouldn't have re started the pilgrimage.

This recent case is directly negotiated between GOI and Chinese central government. Chinese central government decided how many groups, ans how many times per year Indian would come to the place.

Any conflict on shifting Tibet issue on China, won't make it happen.

Kailash yatra and its nature and capacity was pre decided by Bharat and put forth as a condition for de-escalation.

Any conflict on shifting Tibet issue would result in Bharat capturing Kailash heights again like it did in Operation snow leopard and Lahsa.

Very few are buying EVs. Having a small share of the overall automobile market, and then jostling for a rank within them is utter stupidity. In fact, the USA just passed a law denying subsidies for EV.

Huawei boasted “impressive” chip technology until everyone found out it was not. The CCP bots boasted that Apple won’t be able to assemble phones in India as some sort of superior tech was needed, until Apple not only moved critical tech to India but now has a solid R&D here too. China seems to boast of a lot of “impressive” technology that no one uses as an end product or is easily supplanted by others. Even NDB magnets is something others can replicate - it is nothing path breaking. Germany and India are now working to commercialize a magnet free EV transmission. Mahindra EVs are highly admired in Australia for their design and performance.
Planting paid stories in news media around the world won’t get you sales or adoption of your products, especially when the world sees the cutting corners practices of Chinese companies (as we saw in the building collapse in Thailand and the numerous failed strictures currently from flooding). Transparency and ethical business practices will.
Meanwhile commercially viable robotaxis, supersonic passenger flights, space travel, next age weapons, medical devices, medicines etc all still come from the West.
Right now, China is harping on EVs like it did with semi conductors once boasting world beating tech until almost all semiconductor companies went bankrupt in China. We see piles of EVs parked across China with no buyers. Many are catching fire and destroying nearby buildings and vehicles due to poor battery manufacturing processes. Simply boasting will not get you any sales just like your military equipment was found worthless by many countries.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says Huawei will take advantage if AI chip restrictions continue — 'our technology is a generation ahead of theirs', but not for long

Huawei ‘has got China covered’ if the U.S. doesn’t participate, Nvidia CEO tells CNBC

I don't think in modern times, there is not "suzerainty"

The Indian side reiterated that it recognized the Tibet Autonomous Region as part of the territory of the People's Republic of China and that it did not allow Tibetans to engage in anti-China political activities in India.

Joint Statement of the Republic of India and the People’s Republic of China

That's what suzerainty literally means otherwise GoI wouldn't be getting into terminologies of "People's Republic " & "Autonomous Region ."

Instead the statement would simply read India recognises Tibet as part of China.

There was a theory that, the true Kailash was not inside Tibet region, but was inside India. It was not originally a sacred mountain in Hinduism. The Adi Kailash and other "Kailash" in Hindu mythology are located on the southern slope of the Himalayas. They are British, out of their covetousness for the Qiangla Pass passage, began to promote that Mount Kailash in China is the Kailash mountain.

If more Indians go, colonial forces can extend their reach. It's just that the 'strategic master' Britain didn't wait for this fate. Over time, everyone assumed that Mount Kailash was a sacred mountain in Hinduism. Hinduism believes that Mount Kailash and Mount Manasarovar are the places of asceticism and ascension for Shiva, one of the three main gods. If Hindus cannot make a pilgrimage here once in their lifetime, they will regret it for the rest of their lives. This is not a simple pilgrimage, but the realization of several lifetimes of dreams, the realization of the highest ideal in life. "The unwavering pilgrimage belief of Hindu believers, the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra pilgrimage, has become a reality that must be valued.

Of course, that's academic research, we would see whether there more historical evidence.

Evidently you've never heard of the ancient kingdom of Zhangzhung , it's equally ancient Bon religion before the advent of Buddhism in Tibet & their relationship to Mount Kailash.

Moreover there're at least 8 mountains in that region with different variations of the name Kailash usually with a prefix.

This has been true since ancient times.

Of course, that's academic research, we would see whether there more historical evidence.
I suggest you read up more from authentic sources not CCP verified & published history.

He is going to say things that gets him more money from the US Government. This is why the Pentagon says things like China has this super duper tech so they can get more money to build more toys. China is in a difficult situation having to keep up its propaganda of being able to effectively compete with the West. Chinese tech is still not there yet but the biggest challenge is lack of transparency and ethics, and a boatload of deception that will forever keep the CCP’s ambitions always behind.
