Ensuring food security doesn't mean you mop up entire oceans. At this rate most of the world's sea population will be endangered in the next few years if it isn't already not to mention quite a few species will be extinct. They don’t have food security, unlike India
War against whom? Taiwan?

Taiwanese armor arrives in the 21st century. 108 tanks were ordered in 2019 with provision of repeat orders. Ukraine war delayed the deliveries. Add this to the list of 29 HIMARS, 64 ATACMS, NASAMS (AN/MPQ-64F1 Sentinel radar systems, 123 AMRAAM-ER, AMRAAM-C8 guidance sections, and Multifunctional Information Distribution Systems), AN/TPS-77 and AN/TPS-78 long-range radar systems, 291 ALTIUS 600M-V aerial systems, 720 Switchblade 300 loitering munitions, 66 F-16 Block 70/72 Vipers,

Taiwan has an easier and more cost effective solution : They have peppered their mountain ridge with heavy artillery guns set deep in mountain dugouts, like Guns of navarone style.Taiwan just needs tons of anti ship missiles with overhead orbiting real time satellites and stand off surveillance platforms beyond the reach of PLAAF birds. As for the PLAN, Taiwan needs about 30-40 diesel electric subs to sink PLAN carries so PLAN cannot outflank or attack Taiwan's eyes and ears in the rear.
Taiwan's only winning strategy is to sink the PLAN navy and PLAAF birds. Once the PLA force comes on the beaches and secure the beaches, it is game over for Taiwan as Taiwan do not have strategic depth. I am not sure that US would be willing to spend significant assets in defending Taiwan, maybe only after Taiwan secures enough of a blood price that USN can come in and finish off the invasion force before sustaining any serious casualties.
Do you think that the JSDMF will step in and save Taiwan?

The idea is, they can shoot 30-40km from the mountain, meaning they can shell the beaches of taiwan with impunity and each and every one of those hideouts is gonna require either a nuke or a commando crew using thermite to disable those arty guns stuck to the mountains.
why do they have to move ? their job is to turn everything on every beach of taiwan into a moon crater. if the beaches and the seashore in front of it are continuously exploding, you can't land and they got 360 degree coverage. They are static assets not movable. Recent events have shown how quickly static artillery guns are vulnerable to counter-battery and drone attacks.

Static arty is vulnerable to drones and counter arty barrage when out in the open. When they are bunkered into a freaking mountain with only the muzzle sticking out, you might as well try throwing pataka at an elephant and see what happens.
Bro thats easier said than done. It took us full arty barrage & continuous Mirage-2000 unrestricted bombing of a bunch of mountains for 2 weeks just to dislodge some talibunnies who made a make-shit foxhole with rocks. Not with GPS guided munitions. They do not need to hit the assets directly only collapse the hole that those turrets stick out. It would be a soft mission kill. Besides PLA Second Rocket Force has enough GPS guided missiles with bunker penetration capabilities that they can puncture through whatever barrier they have and take out those assets.
According to google fu, Taiwan has about 1000 artillery pieces. PLA has about 6k missiles with at least 200 km range and bunker penetration capabilities.
