Well, there are lots of disscuion on the growth rate.
If you only measure deflation/inflation it's would be, but if you measure the most important indictor like electricity demand, the answer is different.

My personal thinking is, since China is having successful transition on high tech manufacture and other sectors. China is gaining more and more advantages on producing everything with lower prices, that's why we had 1T Billion trade surplus considering there still trade war with USA.
Comparing 5 yrs ago, now mainstream/mid class seden/SUV is around $20,000 to $30,000 5 yrs ago. $3,000 mobile phone has similar performances vs current generation of iPhone, but 5 yrs ago i need to spent $5,000 on Huawei or Xiaomi.
Because of massive green engery projects, price of any engeries is keep on decreasing for last 5 yrs.
