As I said all these High-IQ Population must be housed in a Isolated Townships, Universities, Research Centres all of them must have housing inside. I stay in Old Top 5 Institute of India. The entire Campus is huge, No vagrants can come inside without registration at gate, there are security guards in uniform at every nook and corner. They monitor not only individual buildings but also roads. The campus has all the facilities like a Medium Size Mall inside that you don't need to go out for anything.

Same is the case with many DRDO facilities. Gormint at some point has to realize more than half of this country is useless biomass and should isolate the productive ones.

You are too much overthinking. There are like 10001 personnel working on more important issues in DRDO, IISc, CSIR, ADA.
 
I know it's gonna sounds absurd but I have OCD and I am very scared, so what happened is 4 days ago I found a rash on my feet before that I went outside for a walk earlier I thought it was a snake bite but two days hence I am still alive so now my brain tells me it is a dog bite 😭😭 so is it possible I was bitten by a dog and didn't felt it. The rash never bleeded doesn't hurt on touching and I remember no confrontation with a dog 😭😭😭

Better check with Doctor for Dog bite. It is just 2 vaccines nowadays. Don't give a shit about when it comes to Health. Better check with trustable doctor and take necessary precaution.

It could be you too, in sleep scratching the feet using toe nails because of mosquito or itch. It happens.
If really OCD paranoid then take few anti rabies doses .

Dehat is a mindset it doesn't depend where u live what's ur education and what's ur economic status

Rash on the feet is a symptom of STDs like syphilis though not necessarily so. Do check with that dog who you thought may have bit you?

dude religion nd culture is binding/deviding force,,,thats why we successfully manage to unite "huge" india after independence...which no other indian kings etc successfully did in history. ur atheistic nd scientific believes dont bind any country. even if u apply ur atheistic rational thinking, managing 3-4 parts of india is better than uniting diverse india as single country. coz it comes with so many problems. u guys just throw our culture, believes, tradition etc under the bus. india will never become atheistic majority country. Dont worry, india will going to release 3-4 more religion in future also. 😂😝.
