In case you misread my post, I asked you for evidence, not some random dehati blog or twitter accounts. By evidence - I mean anything published by a government agency(preferably Indian)/CAG reports or some journalist of repute. If you can provide something concrete, I'll stop calling you a conspiracy theorist. I promise.

I didn't intend to be. I was genuinely curious and tried to provide some reasoning to randombully's post, with regards to what exactly might be causing such coolie-esque inferiority complex. The government would never knowingly give out this type of information. The government has a vested interest in keeping information hidden. If the sun were to shine, it could potentially destroy whatever their vested interests are. A lot of information is kept this way. Don't forget, we live in the Kali Yuga.

It may be decades before the government changes its narrative, and that too only because somebody else will take on the mantle of trying to exhume the truth.

In the USA, the OSS (Office of Strategic Services; the predecessor to the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency)) conducted clandestine experiments initially known as BLUEBIRD, which then became known as ARTICHOKE. As it evolved into the CIA, these experiments themselves evolved into MKULTRA, which until recently, was a "conspiracy theory." But as the truth came out, it turned out the conspiracy theorists were correct. MKULTRA was a mind control program the CIA created.

In 1917, the USA created the Federal Reserve Bank, a privately held bank that nominally appears to be publicly held, which dictates the monetary policy of the United States (something that was enshrined to Congress but subverted by this act). Conspiracy theorists for decades said the federal reserve is not beholden to the American People. It is finally now coming out, that the FRB is in fact a privately held bank, despite whatever appearance it may have as a public bank.

You see how this works? There is no deflection. The government, and it doesn't matter if it's Indian or Chinese or Martian, has a vested interest in keeping certain things private. You as a private citizen have a vested interest in ensuring that your government is being honest and sincere with you.
