This is what the Shankaracharya is referring to & it is absolutely true. Any one with a knowledge of Vastu Shastra already knows it.

But when there is a Vastu Dosh. There are also several nyasa that can be performed.

The overlying architecture doesn't change the basic tenets of Vastu shastra. Whether it's Sikhara or Vimana, Nagara or Dravida shaili. The temple follows the same overall layout as prescribed by Vastu shastra all across India.

Anyways people don't need to know Vastu Shastra to understand worship shouldn't happen inside incomplete temples or of incomplete idols.

Lol. the Vaastu Shasha itself only provides the theological basis of Vastu architecture based on the concept of Vastupurusha.

The does & don't are provided through commentaries of various Gurus who interpret the Shashtars. Each sect can have their own Interpretation.

Each person is free to follow the interpretation that he deems is right. In my case it would be the Shankaracharya's.

If there is a choice between a politically motivated move & a dharma Guru. I would go with the dharma guru any day.

Shankaracharyas were there 1000 years before & they will be there 1000 years after, if India doesn't become an Islamic state before that ofcourse.

You know what I really can't vote in elections anymore because my job profile.

Then elections came,an unstable coalition govt was made with opposition coalition having significant amount of seats.
Then humiliation in olympics,then the sudden overthrow of govt in bangladesh by terrorists.
I am just curious about this vastu stuff getting wrong and that resulting in a barrage of misfortunes for our country.

I too do not agree with the current Shankaracharya in general. But ...

Even though I knew Ram Mandir would be inaugurated incomplete. I expected the Sikhara & the Mandapa to be completed before inauguration.

The one that was actually completed was the Ardhamandapa. Generally it's the other way round, that itself shows it was mentioned for their political show.

I was disheartened to see something that is ment to last for a 1000 years being compromised for quick election gains, that's all.

I do believe in auspicious & inauspicious. Things like these make me worry about the potential repercussions.
