When JKP (or SOG) happens to be the first responders, how many personnel do they usually go in if the number of terrorists are unknown?

We have 65 RR battalions. Spadex's post says this op falls under IA's western command which doesn't have a proper RR grid. If RR happens to our primary CI force, shouldn't they develop the capability to move across and deploy along these possible troubled regions even if it isn't their primary operating area!

Area comes under western command, encounter going on on the border of Punjab and Himachal.


3 have been killed as uav spotted their body

2 more believed to be still in the corden



Group of 5

They still not able to retrieve the bodies of 2 cops killed yesterday, but their bodies spotted in the morning


The body of 4th policeman was sighted using a drone on Friday near the spot where a gunfight took place



Three more, including a Deputy SP, are injured but all of them are stable.


Total 7 personal, including 6 jkp injuries one army men injured

Contrary to initial reports, it seems like it was only a group of 5 that infiltrated. 2 confirmed killed but there may be more injured. They were taken out by 1 Para. You can see the M4+ACOG ripped apart by RL fire.

Edit- 1 taken out by jkp and 1 taken out by 1 para

they are leaving small fishes behind knowing security forces will take days to eliminate those 2-3 tgts only and seniors will get enough time to go meet fufi maami and leave for safe place later.
