My expertise in Microbiology suggests a targeted virus can be genetically modified to be hyper lethal & self limiting. I suggest something like marberg virus or a weaponised version of Ebola would be better to swamp the Porki healthcare system & put them in a state of emergency while maintaining a plausible deniability from our side.

There’s nothing wrong with the idea itself, but in reality it’s simply not possible, Because Hindus have been fully disarmed by the state.
