Poonch, Feb 07 (JKNS): Five Pakistani terrorists were killed in a landmine explosion while attempting to infiltrate the Line of Control (LoC) in the Battal sector of Poonch, officials said.

Official sources confirmed to news agency JKNS that five Pakistani terrorists attempted to infiltrate the LoC at the Battal sector in Poonch.


"One of them allegedly stepped on a landmine, triggering a huge explosion that killed all five terrorists," sources said.


Sources further added, "The terrorists were carrying an IED with them, which also exploded." (JKNS)

Once after such BAT attack a Coy Commander of Baloch Regtt sent a message to Indian post saying please dont raid our post as we have no involvement and the guys came from brigade base…was even furious after those terrorists came back to his post and said bcoz of your actions my men would die.
