1) Under Water Gamma Radiation Monitoring System(UGRMS).

2) Vehicle Radioactivity Contamination Monitoring System (VRCMS): To monitor contamination of a vehicle through plastic scintillator-based radiation detector.

3) Dirt Extractor-cum-Cross Contamination Monitor (DECCOM): To extract dirt from the shoe sole and declare the contamination level.

4) Environment Surveillance Vehicle (ESV) Mk-II:Constructed on wheeled vehicle with 23 nos of different kind of detection systems.

5) Adaptive Visual and Thermal Add-on System: This system generates visual colour patterns adaptively onto the vehicle to match the deployment background colour so that the vehicle merges with the background. The system is made up of flexible, active panels. The panels are suitably fastened over the fabric substrate without hindering vehicle movement.

6) The IR Prediction and Analysis Tool: The IR prediction tool is capable of estimating both spectral as well as spatial radiance of given airborne object. The tool can generate all required input for IR prediction from CAD model. Also, it can import CAD/Mesh/CFD data from other sources to estimate IR signature levels.

7) Sigma Software: Software Sigma is specifically developed to fulfil the requirements of Armed Forces for camouflage pattern painting of military objects in visible region. Software facilitate user for computer aided design of camouflage pattern as per deployment terrain. It can generate pattern for camouflage scene simulation in synthetic 3D environment.

8) IR Obscurant Materials: The
IROM is a niche technology
to create IR cloud around
defence assets, thus reducing
IR detection in both the MWIR
& LWIR bands. The material
is lightweight, with diameter
of few microns and having
high persistence time. The live
demonstration of the Infra-red
Obscurant Material (IROM) was carried out.

9) CBRN Hazard Prediction
Software: Used for prediction
of nuclear and chemically
contaminated area for the
fall out zone and operation
exposure guidelines.

India has about 400+ dhruv helicopters compared to 150-200 mi 8. Keep this in mind while thinking crash rates

India operates ~300+ Dhruv's (Rudra included) in all 3-services + coastguard.
Whereas IAF operates ~220-250 Mi-17 variants.

I am not sure where you got that 400+ Dhruv numbers.

What is a psychological screening tool for snipers and how is it used ?
