It's claimed to be around 80% indigenous so my guess would be either Inertial Navigation System and/or laying-sighting system. Maybe in rare cases the Auxiliary Power Unit too.

These are the only technologically complicated thing that makes sense to import. Everything else in an artillery is just big chunks of steel and hydraulics. We have been churning out those since decades.

Not in usual sense of two competing firm, Apple can't use the AI ecosystem of Samsung in their iPhones no matter how much better it is.

Government has to step in and negotiate with BF to either transfer the concerned IPRs to AWEIL for a royalty or move into a JV; otherwise, it's pretty much impossible.

On the design it's being made, it's payload would be limited to a max of either 2x 1,000lbs bombs or more of smaller ones like 500lbs or SAAW.

If they decide to address this issue, then it can carry all sorts of weapons from Rudram-1 to do SEAD to Astra-II acting as a "missile truck" type Loyal Wingman.

it can carry 10x 250lbs bombs, which I guess will be nice to have to bomb behind enemy lines or Surgical strikes. Do we have any idea if it can carry A2A missiles, or it isn't suppose to have that capability

Ummnn...that's not how things work in internal weapons bay. In external carry it is more or less the case as you're just hanging stuff from a point, so either hang a stuff of 1,000kg or four of 250kg each. In IWB you need to optimize the space for one specific weapon and as a result other weapons can't be carried with the same level of optimizations.
tl;dr: in external carry it's just the matter of weight but in internal carry its weight + dimensions

If I've to guess the actual loadout of Ghatak based on the fact that it has two hardpoints and a tentative payload of 1.5t then it would be either 1x 500kg PGM or one quad rack for 4x 125kg SAAWs per hardpoint.

Do we have any idea if it can carry A2A missiles, or it isn't suppose to have that capability

It can very easily carry at least 4x Astra-IIs based on the fact that the weight (800kg) is well within its limit of 1.5t. But this "can" doesn't always translate to "will", just like our warships can carry more missiles...

Those 2 regiment are of Akash-Prime not Akash-NG.

Haven't seen any concept image of tracked QRSAM yet.

If Kalyani can figure out how to bring it down below 20 tons like to 18 tons, Kalyani will find a lot of customers out in the west such as US because this means it can be transportable by C-130J Hercules.
