Large HALE stealth flying wing UAV, for ISR and targetting along with SIGNIT, COMJAM acting as an intermediate node or even guidance node for plan fighters in air to fight against USN&USAF fighters.
But its most worrisome feature for usa will be to its use case for guiding chinese hypersonic( df17 hgv and df21Ballistic, +future chinese missiles) anti ship missiles to hit US carrier groups( tho it should also be capable of providing data against ground targets like ISTAR), even if US takes out or jams lots of chinese satellites.
With how wide it's wings spreads, it should have lots of endurande & it should be more than capable of flying 70k+ feet in sky, and if paired with powerful engine, 80k+ feet should not be a problem, with it's size the equipment that can be put in it can be lot more powerful than ones in satellites, and it flying at 70-80k feet will mean it will have lot better line of sight than sats too which operate at 500km( 16,000,00+feet) above earth,though it should also be able cooperate with satellites in best case like any other modern system.
The combination of its high stealth+ altitude will make it a lot Harder to shoot down.
Now it could also potentially be a bomber, or have a varient, but with how wide it's wingspan is relative to its body, it's most likely a HALE ISR multipurpose UAV.
