Why Pakistan’s Elite Prefer It Remains Backward?

Because a fridge should behave like a fridge; cool and compliant, and full of ration and delicacies. Can't have the fridge become too self aware and refuse to spread it's doors, when you're hungry for blood in the middle of the night. Literal mafioso networks are run more fairly than whatever the pakis are doing next door in the name of governance and economy. From birth they grow up abused to transform into the lowlifes they are today. And the system feeds itself ad infinitum.
