this looks identical to many parts of Delhi NCR, especially M ghettos and the industrial shitholes of faridabad.

We may be better than Pakistan and Bangladesh in terms of urban infrastructure but still, most Indian cities are just too horrible even by 3rd world standards.

Look at the current videos of the Syrian capital, Damascus, on YouTube. Despite 15 years of civil war,it still looks better than most of Delhi.
