Biradar if you think they're ACTUALLY thinking of building such a pipeline , I've a bridge to sell you. First Principles - has Tajikistan confirmed participation in such a project ? Secondly which country exports a precious natural resource like water by piping it ? Thirdly it has to transit the Wakhan which is the sovereign territory of Afghanistan. Do you think even if both Tajikistan & Paxtan agree , the Taliban would consent to such a move ?

This is harami Fauji Foundation & allied babucracy aka patwari class plus politicians , industrialists , etc attempting another scam much on the lines of news emanating from Paxtan every now & then of a huge oilfield or gold deposits or something else on those lines.
