No, I have also seen the videos, they look from the older generation. Not that ours are much better, but even the general trains are at least a generation ahead of them. It will be much ahead with Vande Bharat/Bullet train/SHSR.

A little more research & I found his CNIC identification number & he is Punjabi. Punjabi Major is on board the train with his wife.
