Always buy from official websites or if ya wanna take a slight risk then from Amazon.
With the cases of packages being tempered with I wouldn't trust Amazon too now with suppliments only official website with an unboxing video (incase something goes wrong)

i understand that there's some risk with indiamart stuff, but i also have a skepticism towards these 'brands' that directly sell their stuff - i mean i find it unlikely that most of them manufactures their stuff; and perhaps they too could be sourcing their raw maal from these wholesale guys; we already see it happening in pharma industry hence entire thing of 'generic' medicines to counter it

and even, indiamart guys seem to be 'importing' lots of stuff from china as many product catalogues show 'imported' or straight out chinese labels or datasheets on them

perhaps Amul is better and as its homestate here i could try to get amul protein things but they often show out of stock 🤷‍♂️

Most do, the good ones are sourced from outside
If you're trying out a new brand, check trustified on YouTube for stuff like claimed protein content, heavy metal content etc
Don't take chance with supplements to save a few bucks

That's why I said check trustified every sample is ordered from different platform with different ID and all is tested and uploaded on their website you will get to see full report on there so you will have idea what's good and what's not. As for manufacturing most of them import hard to have raw materials here without a big farm so only Giants like Amul and Avatar have their own manufacturing since they have lots of whey left from their dairy venture

jokes aside,

no amount of protein will help you turn masculine if your genetics are not helping with it,
sure amino acids in good proteins help with muscle building and most importantly testosterone production - BUT 🍑 there's something called androgen receptors - kinds of bioprotein that binds with testosterone and later does biochemical changes to masculanise someone

but sadly not everyone has good androgens profiles, some just ruin it with things that they shouldn't do like excessive masturbation or eating estrogenic stuff like soya...

also, androgen upregulation is slower process and may take generations to overall go up at baseline

baki toh there exist something called 'hypogonadism' that can mean multiple things, either one's got not proper androgen receptors profile so no amount of free testosterone helps with masculanisation, or his t levels are abysmal or in worst cases, both

Tried Nike Downshifter 13, wayyyy better than Adidas duramo SL especially at the 10K mark
I have already bought an Adidas duramo SL, it's on the cheaper side, but good cushioning, almost erased the stress and pain on my ankles, best bang for the buck
I'm gonna buy another for cross country very soon, maybe a tad bit more expensive
@Azaad
I tried the water in mouth trick, didn't pan out well maybe cause I'm just starting
But I get the concept behind it, methinks buying a lung trainer that you put on the mouth will work better, definitely less messier
