At the heart of this horrible decline in basic human values in the West is the targeting of the very concept of a family. When nothing is sacred anymore, you get this.


Second is the individual vs society - individualism have been pushed to such an extent that the concept of society does not even exist. You've no obligation towards the society, and society exerts no control on you.


While this has the positive effect of a person being able to achieve 100% of his potential (society norms don't distract you from achieving your goals), it also leads to My Life, My Rules kind of extreme scenarios where anything can be justified as a personal endeavour.


So, Only Fans becomes an expression of personal freedom and 'taking control of my sexuality' [whatever that means].


And Pedophiles want to be addressed as 'Minor Attracted People'.


And a son feels its OK to see his Mother whore herself out and for him to manage her business.
